Recreational Programming 
The Macon County Recreation Park is looking for ideas and teachers for classes to be held at the Macon County Community Facilities Building.  If you have an idea, whether it be arts and crafts or educational, ect., please let us know. 
Swim Lessons 
Swim Lessons will be given at the Macon County Recreation Park pool.  Cost will be $25 per student.  Must be 5 years of age.  There will be two sessions and two different class times per session.  For more information call (828) 349-2093 and leave a message. 
Tennis 

There are six lighted hard surface courts in the Recreation Park behind  the swimming pool.  Seniors play almost every morning, Monday - Friday.  It is informal and first come, first to play.  No leagues.

There is more organized doubles tennis in the afternoon, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  For more information call Gail at 349-2090.

 
Linedancing 
Linedancing is held every Monday evening at 6:30 pm.  Instructor is Patty Howells who also has Senior Linedancing Wednesday mornings at 9:30 am at the Community Building.   For information call 369-2492.
