Child Health Program

The Child Health Program provides an opportunity for improved health status of children from birth to age 21.

A variety of services is offered including:
• complete physical exams along with hearing and vision screening
• urinalysis and hemoglobin lab tests
• height, weight, and body mass index measurement
• assessment of immunization status
• educational information
